Nationwide Delivery
LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:
- 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
- 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
- 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders
White-Glove Delivery
For selected furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, assembly and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.
Please Note:
We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

Returns & Refunds
You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to request a refund or initiate a return.
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with your order, including if the item is defective, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
For in-store purchases, the 7-day online return policy does not apply. Any defective or incorrect in-store items will be assessed through a warranty process in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

The San Lorenze sofa suite is upholstered in premium Polyester fabric, this fabric is more resistant to stains and is more long lasting. The San Lorenze is available in several special order fabric colours.
The subtle fine stitched detailing of the upholstery adds an aesthetic appeal to this sofa suite.
Each seat contains high density foam that is wrapped in an additional layer of padding to protect it and create luxurious, comfortable seats.
