At Leather Gallery, we aim to deliver your furniture and décor items to your doorstep as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:
Nationwide Delivery
LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:
- 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
- 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
- 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders
White-Glove Delivery
For selected furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, assembly and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.
Please Note:
We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

Returns & Refunds
You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to request a refund or initiate a return.
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with your order, including if the item is defective, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
For in-store purchases, the 7-day online return policy does not apply. Any defective or incorrect in-store items will be assessed through a warranty process in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Product Features
The Isilo fabric sofa suite has been crafted from 100% Polyester fabric and is available in 16 special order colours. Polyester fabric has great durability and stain resistance.
The Isilo sofa suite features metallic studded detailing that adds to its visual appeal.
The seats of the Isilo fabric sofa suite are supported by S springs which allow them to retain their original shape after they’ve been sat on. To create a soft, plush and comfortable seat the inners of the Isilo’s seats contain high density foam that is wrapped in wadding, to add a layer of protection to it. The backrest cushions are wrapped in poly-fibre to give it an extra layer of padding and insulation.

Warranty
