If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.

Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders

White-Glove Delivery

For select furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.
