    ✅ A 2 year is given on the frame(internal wooden structure only). We will repair it at no extra charge, subject to the goods having been delivered by appointed Leather Gallery transporters, having been cared for correctly, and not been moved to another location.

    ✅ A 2 year warranty is given on a weight restriction of 135kg on the recliner mechanism. We will repair it at no extra charge, subject to the goods having been delivered by appointed Leather Gallery transporters, having been cared for correctly, and not been moved to another location.

    Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or fair wear and tear.

    At Leather Gallery, we aim to deliver your furniture and décor items to your doorstep as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

    Nationwide Delivery

    LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.

    Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

    • 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
    • 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
    • 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders

    White-Glove Delivery

    For selected furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, assembly and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.  

    Please Note:

    We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

    Important Delivery Requirements

    • A valid telephone mobile number is required when placing your order. This helps our delivery team contact you if needed.
    • All goods in transit are fully insured for your peace of mind.

    Returns & Refunds

    You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to request a refund or initiate a return.

    Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with your order, including if the item is defective, incorrect, faulty, or missing.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, incorrect, faulty, or missing.

    For in-store purchases, the 7-day online return policy does not apply. Any defective or incorrect in-store items will be assessed through a warranty process in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

    The Chester leather home theatre suite contains 5 action recliners that are fitted with the Leggett and Platt Mechanism. These recliners allow you to recline back with ease by simply pulling on a lever that releases the footrest. Each seat contains an action recliner.
