    At Leather Gallery, we aim to deliver your furniture and décor items to your doorstep as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

    Nationwide Delivery

    LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.

    Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

    • 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
    • 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
    • 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders

    White-Glove Delivery

    For selected furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, assembly and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.  

    Please Note:

    We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

    Important Delivery Requirements

    • A valid telephone mobile number is required when placing your order. This helps our delivery team contact you if needed.
    • All goods in transit are fully insured for your peace of mind.

    Shipping Costs

    Returns & Refunds

    You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to request a refund or initiate a return.

    Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with your order, including if the item is defective, incorrect, faulty, or missing.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, incorrect, faulty, or missing.

    For in-store purchases, the 7-day online return policy does not apply. Any defective or incorrect in-store items will be assessed through a warranty process in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

    Product Features

    Four layers of highly supportive foam

    The Leather Gallery Gel memory foam mattress has premium, high quality Visco Elastic memory foam, that provides greater orthopaedic support. The Gel layer aids in relieving pressure by distributing the weight evenly across the surface. The first layer is made from 7.5cm of 50 density gel memory foam, the second layer is a 5cm layer of convoluted 50 density memory foam, the third layer features 5cm of convoluted foam and the fourth and final layer features 12.5cm of 30 density foam.

    Absorption of movement

    This mattress is able to absorb movement, so you do not feel your partner’s movement, allowing for uninterrupted sleep. The Gel memory foam aids in keeping your body cooler and comfortable, the memory foam moulds to your body’s shape and keeps you comfortable while evenly supporting your weight. The convoluted foam offers firmer support.

    Hypo allergenic & dust mite resistant

    This mattress is hypo-allergenic and dust mite resistant, covered in a breathable fabric which increases airflow and aids in the reduction of overheating. This is a non-turn mattress that has removable, washable covers, for easy cleaning and maintenance.
