If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:
- 5-7 Business Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
- 7+ Business Days for furniture orders.
- 7+ Business Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders
