At Leather Gallery, we aim to deliver your furniture and décor items to your doorstep as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

Nationwide Delivery

LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.

Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

• 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
• 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
• 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders

White-Glove Delivery

For select furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours. 

Please Note:

We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

Important Delivery Requirements

• A valid telephone mobile number is required when placing your order. This helps our delivery team contact you if needed.
• All goods in transit are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Issues & Refunds

• You have 2 working days from receipt of your order to contact us for a refund request.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged upon arrival or the item is incorrect, faulty, or missing

Our Client Concierge team will carefully assess each case and determine if the shipping fees can be waived in these situations.
