At Leather Gallery, we aim to deliver your furniture and décor items to your doorstep as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:
Nationwide Delivery
LeatherGallery.co.za is an online retailer offering delivery across South Africa. We provide a door-to-door service, which means deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. If the intended recipient is not available, the order may be handed over to a trusted person at that address — such as a security guard, staff member, or receptionist.
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:
- 5 - 7 Working Days for non-furniture orders (e.g smalls, rugs, and décor)
- 7 - 14 Working Days for furniture orders.
- 7 - 14 Working Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders
White-Glove Delivery
For selected furniture items, we offer a white-glove service, where our team handles delivery, unpacking, assembly and placement of your items in the room of your choice, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours.
Please Note:
We do not offer in-store collection and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, farms, or rural areas at this time.

Returns & Refunds
You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to request a refund or initiate a return.
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with your order, including if the item is defective, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, incorrect, faulty, or missing.
For in-store purchases, the 7-day online return policy does not apply. Any defective or incorrect in-store items will be assessed through a warranty process in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Product Features
The Capri 1 seater is designed in a manner that allows you to experience maximum support. The seats of this suite contain high density foam. This foam is wrapped in a thick, fleecy padding, to keep the foam protected and provide added comfort to its seats.
The Capri 1 seater features the world class Leggett & Platt Mechanism. This mechanism makes reclining back effortless, with the simple pull of a lever the footrest is released and you can lay back and relax, with your feet fully supported.
The seats are fitted with an S spring system, which allows them to retain their initial shape and position after they’ve been sat on.
